Innohep is also used in certain surgical and medical conditions to reduce the risk of venous thromboembolism. It is administered subcutaneously and is often recommended for patients at risk of clots during hospitalization or immobility. Each pack contains 10 pre-filled syringes with a dosage of 3500 IU (Anti-Xa) per 0.35 mL. Treatment must be under medical supervision..
