Aranesp can be administered via intravenous or subcutaneous injection. The dosage and frequency depend on the patient's condition and hemoglobin levels. For CKD patients on dialysis, the starting dose is typically 0.45 mcg/kg once weekly or 0.75 mcg/kg every two weeks. For CKD patients not on dialysis, it's 0.45 mcg/kg every four weeks. For anemia due to chemotherapy, the recommended starting dose is 2.25 mcg/kg weekly or 500 mcg every three weeks.

Darbepoetin alfa (60 mcg per 0.3 mL).
