Apply liberally to clean, dry skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Use at least one teaspoon (5ml) per arm, leg, front and back of the body, and half a teaspoon for the face (total 35ml for full body). Reapply every two hours or after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

Zinc Oxide 5% w/w, Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol 2.5% w/w, Bemotrizinol 2.5% w/w, 4-Methylbenzylidene Camphor 1% w/w.
