1. Rinse and gargle your mouth thoroughly and wipe your teeth dry. 2. Twist the bottom of the whitening pen to dispense the gel. Brush the gel onto the front surface of the teeth. 3. Place the mouth tray onto your mouth and turn on the blue LED light. 4. After 10 minutes, turn off the LED light, remove the tray, and rinse your mouth with warm water.
