Brush your teeth at least twice a day, preferably after meals, using the Elgydium X-Term Toothbrush [Soft]. Apply a pea-sized amount of your preferred toothpaste to the bristles. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums and gently brush in circular motions, covering all tooth surfaces. Ensure you brush for at least two minutes each time. After brushing, rinse the toothbrush thoroughly under running water and place the protective head cover over the bristles. Store the toothbrush in an upright position to allow it to air dry. Replace the toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
