For constipation (oral use): Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 to 3 teaspoons (5-15g) in 250ml of water and drink as required. The solution may be flavored with fruit juice if desired. For external use: Dissolve one tablespoon of Epsom salts in a small cup of warm water. Apply the solution to the affected area using cotton wool or lint. Alternatively, add the salts to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
