Neosporin Eye Drops are a sterile antimicrobial solution containing neomycin, polymyxin B, and gramicidin, used to treat bacterial eye infections./Description: Neosporin Eye Drops combine three antibiotics—neomycin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, and gramicidin—to effectively combat bacterial infections of the eye. They are indicated for conditions such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, and blepharitis.. Instill one or two drops into the affected eye every 4 hours for 7 to 10 days. In severe infections, dosage may be increased to as much as two drops every hour.
