1. Remove caps from the MDI and chamber. 2. Attach the MDI to the back of the chamber. 3. Place the mask securely over the infant's nose and mouth, ensuring a tight seal. 4. Press the MDI at the start of a slow inhalation. 5. Allow the infant to inhale slowly and deeply; if possible, have them hold their breath for 5-10 seconds. 6. Exhale gently. 7. Repeat as prescribed. 8. Clean the chamber weekly by soaking disassembled parts in warm soapy water for 15 minutes, rinse, and air dry.
