Suspension for ocular use./Description: Simbrinza Eye Drops 5 ml are a prescription combination medicine used to reduce high intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Each ml of the suspension contains 10 mg of brinzolamide (a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor) and 2 mg of brimonidine tartrate (an alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist). Together, they decrease the production of fluid within the eye and increase drainage, helping lower pressure and prevent vision loss. Simbrinza is preservative-containing (benzalkonium chloride) and should be used exactly as directed by your eye doctor.
